Angelo Cappelli

Angelo CappelliAngelo Cappelli, not to be mistaken with “Angelo Capelli,” works as a management consultant for Poli Solutions Consulting, LLC in St. Petersburg, Florida. He began working for the Tampa Bay consulting firm in 2008, working on behalf of companies such as National Real Estate Ventures, Hemmer Consulting, Park Media, and more.

At Poli Solutions Consulting, Cappelli is able to draw upon his unique background in the fields of management, investing, and consulting, as well as legal and teaching roles. He has worked with everything from database design to real estate transactions, from devising exit strategies for businesses to contract law.  Real estate is a particular interest of Cappelli’s. His work with Hemmer Consulting has included purchasing and selling distressed assets (both loans and real estate) from southeastern banks.

Cappelli obtained his J.D. / M.B.A. in 1994 from The Graduate School of Law and Business at Fordham University. He received his B.A. in Economics in 1991 from Yale University. Upon graduating from Yale, he took an IT position, developing relational databases for tracking fixed assets.

Cappelli then moved to a multinational investment banking firm, creating a database management exception system for the company’s Management Controls Department. He was then brought in to help grow a St. Petersburg investment firm, in which he expanded the securities sales department from 11 employees to 52, and bolstered annual revenue from $750,000 to a staggering $6.5 million of investments under custody.

He helped create CETrack.com and FlatFeeCE.com – online continuing education providers for insurance agents in the state of Florida.  He manages and oversees the development of both companies and their websites, which continue to help insurance agents throughout the state of Florida maintain their licenses. Cappelli has served as an adjust professor at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
